Job Description:**الواجبات والمسؤوليات:**
تتضمن المسؤوليات الأساسية ما يلي: إدارة ومعالجة الفواتير الإلكترونية وفقًا للوائح المحلية والدولية؛ ضمان الامتثال الضريبي وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية الدورية؛ متابعة التحديثات في قوانين الضرائب وتعديل سجلات الشركة وفقًا لذلك؛ تدقيق الفواتير الإلكترونية لضمان دقتها والتزامها بالمعايير المحاسبية؛ تطوير استراتيجيات ضريبية لتحسين الأداء المالي؛ إعداد التقارير المالية المتعلقة بالضرائب والفواتير الإلكترونية؛ التعاون مع السلطات الضريبية وفرق المحاسبة لضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح التنظيمية.
Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in accounting, preferably with exposure to e-invoicing and tax compliance.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of e-invoicing systems and tax regulations.
- Accounting Software: Experience with ERP systems or financial software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate tax reports.
- Tax Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of local and international tax laws.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with tax authorities and clients.
- Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet tax filing deadlines.
