The Furniture Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling furniture products to customers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, the provision of expert advice, the achievement of established sales targets, and the maintenance of a superior customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Professionally engage with customers to ascertain their specific furniture requirements and preferences.
* Effectively present furniture products, elucidating their features and benefits.
* Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals as defined by the company.
* Manage the complete sales process, from initial product selection to final purchase and delivery.
* Prepare accurate price quotations and provide information on applicable promotions and discounts.
* Offer expert guidance on furniture selection, taking into account factors such as space, design, and quality considerations.
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for customer orders.
* Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions.
* Promote new products, sales initiatives, and special offers to attract and engage customers.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, product modifications, and competitive pricing strategies.
* Advise on furniture setup inside client homes as required.
* Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a professional manner.
