We are seeking a highly versatile and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to contribute to our digital transformation initiatives through the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing scalable, high-performance solutions encompassing both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring optimal user experience and robust system functionality within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop front-end interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and contemporary frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular.
* Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using languages including Java, Python, Ruby, or .NET.
* Integrate front-end and back-end components to facilitate seamless user experiences.
* Design and manage databases utilizing MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, or SQL Server.
* Implement caching strategies employing tools such as Redis, Memcached, or Varnish to optimize system performance.
* Ensure application responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile optimization.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional applications.
* Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with industry best practices.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
* Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, with particular emphasis on advancements in AI and cloud-based development.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related discipline.
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in full stack development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Demonstrable proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and associated libraries/frameworks (jQuery, LESS, Angular, ReactJS).
* Strong back-end development skills in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or .NET.
* Experience with both relational and non-relational database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server).
* Familiarity with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached, Varnish).
* A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience utilizing prototyping tools.
* Exposure to AI tools and technologies is desirable.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
