We invite applications for the position of Front Office Team Leader, a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service. The successful candidate will lead and support the front office team during designated shifts, facilitating efficient check-in and check-out procedures while addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and diligence. Responsibilities include supervising and training front desk agents, monitoring room status and guest preferences, coordinating with relevant departments, and maintaining adherence to established financial procedures.

The First Group Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company committed to excellence, seeks a candidate with a minimum of two years’ front office experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, preferably with supervisory experience. Proficiency in Opera PMS, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a guest-centric approach are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. The role necessitates flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
