The Role: We are seeking a sophisticated and resilient Front Office & Guest Relations to be the definitive face and voice of our organization in New Cairo. This role is designed for a professional who excels in high-pressure environments and possesses the emotional intelligence to turn a challenging customer interaction into a loyal partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Complaint Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for customer and guest grievances. You must be able to de-escalate situations with empathy, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Elite Reception Management: Greet VIP guests, international partners, and clients, ensuring a seamless and prestigious transition from the entrance to the meeting room.
High-Stakes Communication: Manage all incoming correspondence (calls and emails) in impeccable English, ensuring a professional and timely response to all inquiries.
Operational Harmony: Maintain the aesthetic and functional standards of the lobby and executive suites, ensuring a world-class environment at all times.
Administrative Support: Assist the management team with sensitive documentation, scheduling, and logistical coordination.
