**Job Description**
**Position Summary:**
The Front Office Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests, assuming responsibility for providing a courteous reception and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities encompass the administration of check-in and check-out processes, the management of reservations, the handling of guest inquiries, and coordination with other departments to facilitate guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
* Execute check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency.
* Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy.
* Address telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to address guest requirements.
* Manage guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
* Ensure adherence to Accor service standards.
