Job Description: **Executive Opportunity: Vice President of Sales/Chief Revenue Officer – Pyxos**
**Pyxos, a Saudi Arabian-based Generative AI platform incubated by TONOMUS Venture Studio at NEOM, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Saudi national to join its founding team as Vice President of Sales/Chief Revenue Officer (VP/CRO), based in Riyadh.** Pyxos provides a comprehensive solution combining expert services and AI-powered automation to assist enterprises and government entities in achieving compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), which became fully enforceable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in late 2024. This is a full-time, executive-level (VP/C-Level) position offering a competitive salary and founding equity.
**About Pyxos:**
Pyxos is the first and only solution specifically designed for PDPL compliance, possessing an active pipeline and securing its first paying pilot customer. With the PDPL applicable to an estimated 1.6 million businesses and over 650 public sector entities, enforcement is anticipated to accelerate in 2025. Pyxos is guided by a Silicon Valley-experienced founding team with a proven track record of multiple exits.
**Responsibilities:**
The VP/CRO will be responsible for defining and leading the go-to-market strategy across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, owning revenue targets, and closing strategic deals. This includes:
* Establishing and cultivating relationships with enterprise and government customers.
* Recruiting and leading local sales and customer success teams.
* Developing strategic partnerships with systems integrators and consultants.
* Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team to drive business scalability.
