The Food & Beverage Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable in-room dining experience. Key responsibilities include: providing professional and personalized food and beverage service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the in-room dining menu to assist guests with selections, maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, preparing the service area before, during, and after service, and professionally handling incoming calls according to established procedures.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a comparable role within a four or five-star hotel or similar environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, strong verbal and written communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software are highly desirable.
