Job Description
He is responsible for preparing the companies’ sales plan, setting goals periodically and determining appropriate strategies for implementation, as well as providing training on work procedures and developing employee skills, and submits suggestions to reach the company’s goals and gain customer confidence.
Skills
- Good experience and knowledge in building, configuring, and managing relationships with customers.
- Sufficient experience and qualifications to lead a sales work team.
- Understand and analyze customer needs and be able to provide appropriate offers.
- Proficiency in communicating with different personalities.
- Ability to manage and direct the work team.
- Proficiency in negotiation skills and presenting solutions to problems.
- Possessing various selling skills and preparing periodic sales plans.
- The ability to motivate and encourage the staff
- Very good spoken and written English.
- Fluent Arabic language, both spoken and written.
