**Responsibilities:**

* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage vehicle acquisition and disposal processes in accordance with organizational guidelines.
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all fleet-related activities.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet operations to ensure compliance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
* Implement and monitor GPS and telematics systems for enhanced fleet management.
* Ensure driver safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Coordinate emergency response and accident management protocols.
* Plan and execute fleet expansion and reduction strategies as required.
* Provide regular updates to senior management regarding fleet performance metrics.
* Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
