FIT Out Manager

Role Description:

The fit-out manager will work on-site at AL Rabat Properties in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time role that requires managing and overseeing the fit-out process. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and will be responsible for completing projects within scope, on time, and within budget. by following:

Role responsibilities:

Manage fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.
Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Review and approve design plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fit-out management.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience of 6-8 years in fit-out management, with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing in addition to knowledge of Photoshop
Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
