The organization seeks a highly motivated and technically proficient Maintenance Sales Engineer possessing experience in Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems. This position is responsible for promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), identifying new business development opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and providing support for after-sales service requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Promote and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems to clients across various sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial.
* Conduct comprehensive site surveys and inspections to evaluate existing systems and formulate appropriate maintenance proposals.
* Collaborate with the service/technical team to ascertain the feasibility of proposed services and ensure accurate cost estimation.
* Diligent follow-up with clients regarding submitted proposals, with the objective of converting inquiries into executed contracts.
* Cultivate and expand relationships with current clientele while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
* Provide comprehensive post-sales support, including attending client meetings, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a current and accurate database of all client interactions, sales activities, and contract renewal schedules.
* Maintain current knowledge of relevant local regulations and standards (e.g., NFPA, Civil Defense requirements).
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
* Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
