Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal and Concise):**

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies, budget control, and analysis activities for the retail company. This position is critical for supporting strategic financial decisions, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the achievement of financial targets. The FP&A Manager will collaborate with various business units, providing actionable financial insights. Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process; developing financial models; preparing long-term financial plans; conducting financial analysis and generating reports; developing and maintaining financial forecasts; acting as a strategic partner to retail and operations teams; providing strategic financial insights; ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls; leading and developing a team of financial analysts; leveraging financial software and ERP platforms; and driving continuous improvement in financial processes. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA or relevant professional qualifications preferred, and a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including 5+ years in a managerial role within the retail industry. Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in both Arabic and English are required. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and retail-specific markets is preferred.
