Job Description :

Set up the accounting policies, accounting Procedures, controls, and prepare & maintain an effective and efficient document cycleProvide financial strategy recommendations to the top management Identify and address potential financial risks for the companyOversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting, costing and auditingImplement strategies and systems to improve financial performanceSupport financial department in developing short- and long-term financial goalsReview financial reports and determine methods to reduce costsTake control of financial records and documentationServe as a key point of contact for financial department and auditorsOverseeing the reconciliation of income and expense reportsPreparing and analyzing financial statements and profit and loss reportsDesigning financial models that will benefit different operating initiativesSupervising the finance department and ensuring that all activities are current and updatedMonitor and control the company expenses and recommend opportunities for cost reductionMonitor accounts receivable and cash collection to ensure a good cash flow- Maintain the overall financial health of the organizationResponsible for day to day finance and accounts operations

Job Requirements :

Proven experience as a Financial Manager 6 years at leastExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsProficient user of finance software & ERPs modules Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAble to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being usedA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsBS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsProfessional qualification such as CFA/CPA/CMA or similar will be considered a plus
