The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation within the manufacturing sector, complemented by demonstrable experience in direct sales environments.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute long-range financial strategies aligned with organizational expansion objectives and operational efficiency imperatives.
* Direct comprehensive financial planning activities, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure coherence with corporate strategic directives.
* Monitor and optimize cash flow to secure operational liquidity. Formulate cash flow projections to anticipate funding demands and effectively manage working capital.
* Supervise treasury functions, including cash administration, banking relationships, and investment strategies, to maintain appropriate liquidity levels.
* Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks; establish risk management policies and procedures to bolster the company’s financial resilience.
* Oversee capital structure optimization, including debt and equity financing mechanisms, to support operational requisites and growth initiatives.
* Assess and advocate for investment opportunities, conducting rigorous financial analysis to inform capital expenditure decisions.
* Conduct thorough cost analyses to pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains. Implement cost-control measures and assess their impact across all departments.
* Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial and operational performance, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.
* Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering strictly to regulatory mandates and accounting standards.
* Coordinate annual audits and ensure the prompt completion of financial statements. Address audit findings and implement necessary revisions to financial processes.
* Serve as the primary financial spokesperson for the company, presenting financial results and strategies to the board, investors, and other stakeholders.
* Mentor and develop finance team members, promoting a collaborative atmosphere that encourages professional development and knowledge dissemination.
* Oversee tax planning strategies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize tax liabilities and manage audits effectively.
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
* Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the board and executive team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives, ensuring financial viability and alignment with company goals. Evaluate the financial impact of operational changes, product launches, or market expansions.
