The individual will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of the organization’s financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This includes the development and implementation of financial strategies to facilitate business objectives and promote growth. The role entails diligent monitoring of cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions to ensure organizational financial stability. Further responsibilities include the preparation of accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in adherence to regulatory standards, leading the annual budgeting process, and providing ongoing analysis of budget variances. Maintaining compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies is paramount. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making processes. Management of relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions is also a key responsibility. The individual will identify and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of effective internal controls and risk management practices. Finally, the role involves the supervision and mentorship of finance team members, fostering professional development and promoting high performance.
