Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibilities):**

The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the CFO’s internal and external engagements, including Board meetings, Executive Committee sessions, investor relations, and interactions with financial institutions. Furthermore, the role serves as a key communication liaison between Group Finance and other corporate functions, such as strategy, legal, risk, and compliance. Ensuring the timely and accurate flow of information to and from the Office of the CFO is paramount. Responsibilities also include oversight of group financial performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), with proactive escalation of identified risks. The incumbent will facilitate performance reviews and management reporting processes, and provide support to the CFO in the development and execution of the group’s financial strategy. Financial analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling will be conducted to support executive decision-making. Oversight of cross-functional initiatives across FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury functions is required. Liaison with CFOs of subsidiary companies is necessary to ensure alignment with group-level financial objectives and policies. Finally, the role supports the design and execution of governance frameworks, including the finance operating model and group finance policies.
