Job Description:**Responsibilities Encompass:**
Financial stewardship, encompassing budget development and oversight, periodic financial reporting (inclusive of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements), comprehensive financial analysis to optimize efficiency, cash flow management to maintain operational liquidity, rigorous cost control, tax compliance and return preparation, and the formulation of strategic financial plans to facilitate organizational growth. Administrative duties involve human resources management, encompassing recruitment, training, and performance assessment; process improvement through policy and procedure development; procurement management for raw materials and equipment; ensuring regulatory compliance; fostering strong supplier and customer relationships via contract negotiation; provision of logistical support for uninterrupted operations; and proactive risk management through identification and mitigation strategies.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of finance software
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
Preferably has 10 years of work experience
