Job Description:**Responsibilities Encompass:**
**Financial Administration:** This includes formulating and executing the operational budget for the facility, meticulously monitoring expenditures, generating periodic financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, conducting thorough cost and profit analysis to advise on efficiency enhancements, managing cash flow to maintain adequate liquidity for operational expenses, overseeing cost control measures and identifying potential savings, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and preparing requisite tax filings, and developing strategic financial plans to facilitate the facility’s growth objectives.
**Operational Administration:** This encompasses human resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance assessment; developing and implementing policies and procedures aimed at improving operational efficiency; supervising the procurement of raw materials and equipment; ensuring compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations; managing supplier and customer relationships through contract negotiation and relationship building; providing logistical support to ensure uninterrupted operational flow; and identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks through the development of appropriate mitigation strategies.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient user of finance software
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
Preferably has 10 years of work experience
