Job Description:**Responsibilities Encompass:**

Financial responsibilities include, but are not limited to, budget management encompassing development, implementation, and expenditure monitoring; preparation of periodic financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements; analysis of costs and profits with provision of recommendations for efficiency enhancements; cash flow management to ensure adequate operational liquidity; cost control through monitoring of production costs and identification of savings opportunities; tax management, including compliance and return preparation; and strategic financial planning to support organizational growth.

Administrative responsibilities encompass human resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; process improvement through the development and implementation of policies and procedures; procurement management, including raw materials and equipment acquisition oversight; ensuring compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations; supplier and customer relations management, including contract negotiation and relationship building; provision of logistical support to ensure operational continuity; and risk management, encompassing identification of financial and operational risks and development of corresponding mitigation strategies.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager
  • Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Proficient user of finance software
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

Preferably has 10 years of work experience
