Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following:**

**Financial Responsibilities:**

* Budget Management: Formulation and execution of the factory’s operational budget, coupled with diligent expenditure oversight.
* Financial Reporting: Preparation of recurring financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Financial Analysis: Comprehensive analysis of costs and profitability to inform recommendations for enhanced operational efficiency.
* Cash Flow Management: Maintenance of adequate liquidity levels to meet all operational expenditure requirements.
* Cost Control: Vigilant monitoring of production costs and proactive identification of potential cost-saving measures.
* Tax Management: Ensuring strict adherence to all applicable tax legislation and the accurate preparation of tax returns.
* Financial Planning: Development of strategic financial plans designed to facilitate the factory’s continued growth and expansion.

**Administrative Responsibilities:**

* Human Resources Management: Oversight of recruitment processes, training programs, and employee performance evaluation protocols.
* Process Improvement: Design and implementation of policies and procedures aimed at maximizing operational efficiency.
* Procurement Management: Supervision of the procurement of raw materials and essential equipment.
* Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring full compliance with all relevant local and international laws and regulatory frameworks.
* Supplier and Customer Relations: Negotiation of contractual agreements and cultivation of robust relationships with external stakeholders.
* Logistical Support: Guaranteeing the consistent availability of all resources necessary for seamless operational performance.
* Risk Management: Identification of potential financial and operational risks, followed by the development of comprehensive mitigation strategies.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager
  • Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Proficient user of finance software
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

Preferably has 10 years of work experience
