Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass the following domains:**

**Financial Management:**

* Formulating and executing the factory’s operational budget, coupled with meticulous expenditure monitoring.
* Generating periodic financial reports, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Conducting comprehensive financial analyses of costs and profits, providing actionable recommendations for enhanced operational efficiency.
* Maintaining optimal cash flow levels to ensure adequate liquidity for operational expenditures.
* Implementing rigorous cost control measures by monitoring production costs and proactively identifying potential savings.
* Ensuring full compliance with all applicable tax regulations and preparing accurate tax returns.
* Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to facilitate and support the factory’s growth objectives.

**Administrative Management:**

* Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, encompassing recruitment, training programs, and employee performance evaluations.
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures designed to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
* Supervising the procurement process for raw materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
* Guaranteeing full compliance with all relevant local and international laws and regulations pertaining to factory operations.
* Negotiating contracts and cultivating strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Providing comprehensive logistical support to ensure the seamless and uninterrupted flow of resources necessary for efficient operations.
* Identifying and assessing financial and operational risks, and developing robust mitigation plans to minimize potential negative impacts.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager
  • Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Proficient user of finance software
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

Preferably has 10 years of work experience
