Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass the following domains:**

**I. Financial Management:**

* Budgetary oversight, encompassing the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the factory’s operational budget.
* Preparation of periodic financial statements, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Financial analysis, involving cost and profit analysis, with the provision of recommendations for efficiency enhancement.
* Cash flow administration, ensuring adequate liquidity for the fulfillment of operational obligations.
* Cost containment, through the continuous monitoring of production costs and the identification of potential cost-saving initiatives.
* Tax administration, ensuring adherence to all applicable tax regulations and the timely preparation of tax returns.
* Financial planning, formulating strategic financial plans to facilitate the factory’s expansion.

**II. Administrative Management:**

* Human resources administration, overseeing recruitment, training programs, and employee performance assessments.
* Process optimization, developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
* Procurement administration, supervising the acquisition of raw materials and equipment.
* Regulatory compliance, guaranteeing the factory’s adherence to all relevant domestic and international laws and regulations.
* Stakeholder relations, negotiating contracts and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Logistical support, ensuring the availability of necessary resources for uninterrupted operations.
* Risk management, identifying potential financial and operational risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager
  • Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Proficient user of finance software
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

Preferably has 10 years of work experience
