**Summary**

The incumbent will serve as an integral member of the finance team, responsible for delivering comprehensive, accurate, and insightful business and financial analysis. This individual will contribute to business planning initiatives and participate in project work and specialized ad hoc reporting activities.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop a thorough understanding of the business’s key value drivers.
* Generate analytics pertaining to key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate qualitative reporting, including but not limited to:
* Business performance
* Balanced scorecard
* Business development opportunities
* Budgets and forecasts
* Market and revenue analysis
* Promotions and pricing
* Capital expenditure approvals
* Cash flow and working capital
* Cost level analysis
* Customer profitability
* Prepare clear and concise analyses for inclusion in monthly reports, enabling management to comprehend key ongoing and emerging trends.
* Provide support in the business planning and forecasting processes.
* Collaborate with business managers within areas of expertise, establishing a trusted partner relationship through confident and clear communication, high-quality support, and decision-aiding analysis.

**Qualifications**

* Professionally qualified with a CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent certification.
* Possess 1-3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the capacity to identify and interpret key business drivers.
* Exhibit a sound understanding of financial and management accounting principles. Prior experience with ERP systems is desirable.
* Be a self-starter, capable of working effectively across functions and within teams. Demonstrate a results-driven approach, with the ability to perform effectively on unstructured assignments.
* Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit flexibility in working within a multicultural environment.
* Possess fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
