**Summary**
The incumbent will serve as a key member of the Finance team, responsible for providing comprehensive, accurate, and insightful business and financial analysis. This individual will contribute to business planning initiatives and participate in project-based work, as well as generate specialized ad hoc reports.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s key value drivers.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed qualitative reporting. This analysis may encompass, but not be limited to:
* Business Performance
* Balance Scorecard
* Business Development Opportunities
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Market and Revenue Analysis
* Promotions and Pricing Strategies
* Capital Expenditure Approvals
* Cash Flow and Working Capital Management
* Cost Level Analysis
* Customer Profitability
* Prepare clear and concise analyses for inclusion in monthly reports, enabling management to identify and understand emerging business trends.
* Provide support in the formulation and execution of business plans and forecasting processes.
* Liaise with business managers within areas of expertise, fostering a trusted partner relationship through the delivery of high-quality support and decision-oriented analysis via clear and effective communication.
**Qualifications**
* Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent) is required.
* Minimum of 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a finance-related role.
* Demonstrated strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to identify and interpret key business drivers.
* Comprehensive knowledge of financial and management accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively across functions and within teams. Results-oriented, with the ability to perform effectively on unstructured assignments.
* Positive attitude and adaptability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
