Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations across our retail branches, with a strong focus on cashiering activities, cash management, and transactional accuracy.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving consistency across all branches. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in retail finance operations and a proven track record in managing multi-branch cashiering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise all cashiers across company branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies
• Monitor daily cash operations, including collections, deposits, and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions and cashier activities 
• Oversee branch cash controls and implement procedures to minimize discrepancies and fraud risks
• Review and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports across all locations
• Coordinate with Accounting (AP/AR/GL) to ensure proper recording and reporting of transactions 
• Manage cash flow visibility across branches and ensure proper fund allocation
• Conduct regular audits and spot checks on branch cashiering operations
• Train, coach, and evaluate cashier teams and branch finance staff
• Collaborate with retail operations and store management to improve processes and customer experience
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across all branches
