Finance Manager

Oversee all financial transactions on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Review and analyze financial statements, revenue streams, cost structures, and expense allocations.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations to maintain healthy cash flow.

Monitor inventory levels and financial controls in line with purchasing and inventory policies.

Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports, highlighting key insights, red flags, and improvement opportunities.

Review P&L statements and balance sheets prepared by the accounting team and report findings to senior management.

Develop and implement financial risk management strategies to address market, credit, and operational risks.

Perform cash flow analysis and ensure the company maintains strong liquidity and working capital management.

Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning through financial analysis, fund flow reporting, and financing recommendations.

Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team to enhance performance, efficiency, and professional growth.
