Job Description:The individual will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Furthermore, they will lead the costing process, ensuring the accurate calculation of product costs throughout the manufacturing cycle. The development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to control operational expenses and enhance profitability will also be a core responsibility. This individual will prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, offering insightful financial analyses to senior management. Adherence to local tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements will be paramount. Management and professional development of the finance team will be crucial to maintaining robust internal controls and efficient financial systems. Collaboration with procurement, production, and inventory teams will be necessary to maintain accurate cost structures and pricing strategies. Finally, the identification of opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement will be a critical function.
