Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibilities):**

“The incumbent is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls and procedures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including the management of receivables, payables, and other accounting transactions. This encompasses overseeing the chart of accounts, ensuring its relevance to business needs and adherence to accounting practices and organizational policies. Further responsibilities include developing a comprehensive process for recording financial entries, ensuring the general ledger accurately reflects organizational activities and complies with pertinent accounting standards and internal regulations. The position also entails the application of direct cost accounting methodologies, allocating costs across departments, clients, and developers in accordance with budgetary constraints, contractual obligations, and applicable financial regulations. The incumbent will direct the establishment of efficient payment and receivable processes, ensuring accurate recording and management of transactions in alignment with accounting practices and organizational guidelines. Furthermore, the position oversees the fixed assets process, guaranteeing accurate recording, depreciation, and valuation in compliance with both accounting standards and internal procedures. Management of aged receivables within established company standards and business strategy to maintain overdue accounts within acceptable limits is also required. Finally, the incumbent is responsible for the review, investigation, and correction of errors identified in financial entries, statements, trial balances, documentation, and reports.”
