Job Description:**Option 1 (More Concise):**
> Direct and manage the financial department, providing strategic financial recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership. Identify and mitigate potential financial risks, overseeing all financial decisions including budgeting and auditing. Implement strategies and systems to enhance financial performance, supporting the development of short- and long-term financial goals. Review financial reports to identify cost reduction opportunities, ensuring the integrity of financial records and documentation. Serve as the primary liaison for the financial department and auditors, overseeing the reconciliation of income and expense reports. Prepare and analyze financial statements and profit and loss reports, designing financial models to support operational initiatives. Supervise the finance department, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all activities.
Skills:
- Experience not less than 15 year and at least 5 year in same position
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager at a large manufacturing company
- advanced studies CMA. CPA , CFA ,MBA is highly preferred
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
