تعلن الشركة عن حاجتها إلى **مدير مالي** متمرس لتولي مسؤولية الإشراف والإدارة على جميع العمليات المالية في فرعنا بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يشترط في المتقدم أن يكون مقيماً حالياً في **المملكة العربية السعودية**، وأن يمتلك معرفة واسعة بالأطر التنظيمية المحلية وقوانين الضرائب والممارسات المالية المعمول بها. تعتبر هذه الوظيفة ضرورية لضمان السلامة المالية والامتثال والقيام بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي لعمليات الشركة داخل المملكة.

Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, Zakat, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare accurate financial statements.
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper financial controls are in place.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and monitor performance against objectives.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, SOCPA standards, and corporate governance guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or SOCPA) is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
