Finance ManagerMonitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, Receivables, payables and COD collected by our drivers.Oversee financial and accounting department employees, including accountantsContract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessaryTrack the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvementSeek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the companyResearch and analyses financial reportsProvide insightful information and expectations to General Manager to aid in long-term and short-term decision makingReview financial data and prepare monthly and annual reportsPresent financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetingsStay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposesEstablish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the companyUnderstand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

Job Requirements :

Job RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field10+ years of experience in a finance role mainly in manufacturing (FMCG is preferred)+3 years of experience in the same role.Ability to work under stressSuperior financial skills (preparing Financial statements experience on time in full)Treasury management and banks relation skillsFluent English language both written and verbalDeep understanding of business principles and practicesSuperior attention to detail
