Job Description :
Provide the analysis and explanations on company growth, liquidity, and profitability through the use of financial ratios and comparative figuresAnalyze the company financial and operational performance to identify new opportunities for improvements and emphasize actions that should be taken for such improvementsParticipate in the department budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting processEnsure effective utilization of the department’s budget and resources, and report accurately on budget utilization Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for OFD and mitigates financial and operational risksDevelop the reporting package that summarize and forecast the business activities and financial position of the company in the areas of income, expense and earnings reports to corporate financeOversee the External Audit, review and analyze results and recommend for approval the Audited Financial StatementsEnsure that all balance sheet reconciliation and analysis are performed on timely basisDevelop and report the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial and management packages and financial statementsSupervise the calculation methods and controlling cost for the companyAnalyze the company financial and operational performance to identify new opportunities for improvements and emphasize actions that should be taken for such improvementsSet performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performanceMonitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
Job Requirements :
B.S in Accounting with 10 years of related experience Professional certificate (i.e. CPA or CA or an MBA in accounting ) is preferredAbility to collect and analyze financial and operational dataExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Must demonstrate the ability to coordinate, delegate and integrate all activities involved in accounting operationsProficiency in both English and Arabic languages.Excellent computer skills, with a working knowledge of windows applicationsProven experience as a Financial Manager in (Restaurants / Hospitality / FMCG / F&B/Retail) is preferred
