Job Description:The individual is responsible for overseeing and directing all departmental personnel, ensuring adherence to established standards through training, motivation, coaching, and corrective action. They conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations; coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, prioritizing tasks, and directing the work of subordinates. This individual is further responsible for completing financial reports, leading the month-end closing process, and conducting monthly financial forecasts. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; achieving an optimal balance of equity and debt to minimize costs and maximize operational profit; strategizing on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions; and making prudent investments in assets to maximize returns. The individual provides financial insight and analysis to drive organizational business performance, manages and monitors metrics, KPI tracking, and reports, and prepares weekly/monthly reports detailing the actual costs of various departments. They provide necessary financial allocations for the factory, complete cost center analysis and comparisons with previous periods, and review contracts with external companies, including maintenance, repair, and transportation contracts for employees. Ensuring the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods comply with applicable standards and regulations is paramount. The individual leads the budgeting cycle for all Marbella cost centers, providing support to various functions, and leads the Market Business Strategy process, Internal Control Self-assessment process, and Marbella Quality Management System. They provide final approval for expenditures, ensure the company’s rights through concluded contracts, evaluate the organization’s financial performance, measure returns on investments, and understand and calculate the risks associated with the organization’s financial activities.
