**Job Purpose:**

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for directing and supervising service operations executed by Technical Service Personnel, ensuring the successful installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of new and reworked TechnipFMC and other branded equipment and tools in field environments, both onshore and offshore. This encompasses comprehensive job preparation and execution in international settings. The role also necessitates the individual to personally conduct installations as required, while optimizing Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSES) performance and ensuring strict adherence to all applicable policies and regulations at all work sites.

**Job Description:**

* Coordinate field service operations to ensure alignment with established sales objectives, budgetary constraints, and delivery schedules.
* Verify the availability and operational readiness of all necessary equipment, service tooling, backup systems, and spare parts at the job site prior to commencement.
* Prepare and submit accurate field service reports, job logs, and all requisite documentation, including part and serial numbers, equipment specifications, and Field Non-Conformance Reports (FNCRs).
* Record and document critical technical data, such as dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates, to facilitate product testing, operation, and assembly evaluations.
* Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity regarding job procedures, parts requirements, and critical measurements; proactively recommend enhancements to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
* Provide sales support by ensuring customers are fully informed of all relevant job aspects and by addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.
* Serve as a professional representative of TechnipFMC, identifying opportunities for business improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
* Complete all safety-related documentation and consistently advocate for and implement safe work practices.
* Uphold the requirements of the TechnipFMC Quality Management System and ensure strict compliance with QHSE standards and the company’s code of ethics.
* Prepare Field Non-Conformance Reports (E-FNCR) and ensure all equipment and procedural deficiencies are communicated to the TechnipFMC Project Manager.
* Provide daily updates to the Service Project Manager regarding project execution and escalate critical business decisions related to operations, customer issues, or personnel matters; support Management of Change (MOC) processes.
* Act as an ambassador for TechnipFMC, continuously striving to improve safety standards, technical proficiency, professional conduct, and customer success.
* Mentor and instruct less experienced team members and/or customers both in the field and in training environments; conduct training and competency assessments of junior Field Service Technicians (FSTs).
* Maintain monthly reporting on Profit & Loss (P&L) financials and contribute to financial forecasting based on current backlog and estimated job completion dates.
* Review and approve Field Service Orders and in-country invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and suppliers to facilitate operational success.
* Conduct client visits to review operations and issue notifications when activities exceed contractual agreements.
* Ensure all organizational activities and operations are conducted in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
* Implement policies and programs as necessary and proactively challenge or improve existing policies to enhance performance.

**Qualifications:**

* **Required Knowledge/Formal Education:** High school diploma, Apprenticeship or equivalent technical diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred. Advanced knowledge of TechnipFMC Surface Wellhead Equipment and one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel. Work experience can compensate for lack of formal Education.
* **Required Experience:** Six (6) to ten (10) years of direct surface pressure control-related experience in onshore and offshore environments, plus three (3) to five (5) years of professional work history in lieu of advanced schooling.
* **Required Certificates:** Safety certifications including, but not limited to: T-BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions, CPR. TechnipFMC Service Skills Training. OGUK or equivalent medical screening.
* **Required Interpersonal Skills:** Proactive attitude; ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, demanding environment; proficient communication and listening skills with peers and supervisors; ability to lead others through technical tasks; alignment with TechnipFMC Core Values and Foundational Beliefs.
* **Required Technical Skills and/or Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to interpret technical drawings; proficiency in using technical tools and instruments required to perform duties; basic supervisory skills; professional-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Arabic a plus); a strong safety and quality mindset; advanced computer skills in MS Office, job ticketing platforms, and engineering tools; ability to train, coach, and mentor junior employees.
* **Required Managerial Skills:** Ability to supervise teams to complete complex job tasks.
