Job DescriptionCLOSING DATE: 26 SEPTEMBER 2023.NOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.Job Summary:Field service manager is an important post in an organization responsible for carrying out and managing all the service-related functions appropriately. Field service manager’s responsibilities comprise providing quality services to its clients by ensuring that he/she is completely satisfied with the products & services provided. He/she gives instructions to his/her field service team members and assists them in developing and planning a workflow. The field service manager works in collaboration with the operations managers and the human resource department to implement progressive disciplinary actions. He/she takes feedback from the customers and reports it to the Country & Operation Manager and provides details regarding whether the clients’ expectations have been met or not. He/she makes sure that all the client’s issues have been addressed and investigation reports in a timely manner and that all the issues have been resolved. Thus, he/she plays a crucial role in the overall management of the service center.RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY: Participate in actions which promote a safety and quality culture within NOV Oversee Business Unit reliability, performance, and prioritize enhancement initiatives. Review Customer impact failures and determine the necessary corrective actions using the NCR/CPAR function within the Quality Management System. Provide Senior Level Customer Sales and Technical Support Provide Technical Support for all Business Unit field issues. Direct training and competency requirements for operations personnel with the Training Manager. Oversee audits of operations to ensure company-wide compliance of standard operating procedures, health, safety, and quality standards. Develop Business Unit assessors to implement competency standards for the Business Unit. Perform field assessments to ensure QMS standards are implemented and maintained at the field level. Key member of Business Unit team for respective Geo-Market. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of NOV. Work assignments conducted to the highest quality level. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. Support & maintain industry quality certification. Assist Quality function with facility management. Provide guidance and leadership. Assist with setting out, tracking, analyzing & reporting KPI’s and continuously measure progress to plan. Create a monthly HSE & Quality report for the location .BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: A technical background is essential. Prior field, district, and regional management experience in operations. Able to travel 50% of time to field locations for audits/service delivery support.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED: Minimum 15 years’ experience with completion equipment and operations. Proficient ability to operate and navigate the Microsoft office suite of software. Technical and operational background in Liner Hangers & completions. Successfully complete all training plans and competency standard’s set out for Service Coordinator. Mechanical ability necessary to perform essential job functions. Extensive knowledge of downhole equipment across multiple Completion. Root Cause Analysis. Technical and operational background. Successfully complete all training plans and competency standard’s set Root Cause Analysis.
