The Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment, adhering to manufacturer’s recommendations for preventative maintenance. This includes troubleshooting malfunctions, documenting work performed, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role requires participation in an on-call schedule, overtime work as needed, and adherence to company safety procedures. The Service Engineer will also promote company values, share knowledge with colleagues, and manage time effectively, solving problems independently and contributing to a positive company image. Independent work ensuring self dependency as a one man job and travel within Egypt to industrial and remote areas is expected. Additional duties may be assigned.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering, with 0 to 2 years of experience servicing air compressors preferred. Essential skills include a strong knowledge of aftermarket products and business processes, familiarity with electric and electronic circuits, knowledge of mechanical and electrical controls, and medium to high proficiency in spoken and written English. Experience with gas refrigerant systems is an advantage. The candidate should be responsible, dynamic, organized, customer-oriented, and possess problem-solving skills, with a commitment to service excellence and a good team spirit. Technical knowledge related to compressed air equipment, after-sales service experience, direct customer interaction, empathy, and organizational skills are highly valued.
