**Position: Field Promoter**
**Objective:**
The primary objective of this role is to directly enhance app order volume through effective offline promotional activities.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Offline Promotion:** Conduct proactive outdoor promotions targeting potential customers to introduce KeeMart’s product features and promotional offers, guiding them to download the application and complete purchases.
* **Customer Support:** Address customer inquiries related to registration, application usage, and order placement, ensuring a positive user experience.
* **Sales Target Achievement:** Achieve daily user activation and order volume targets.
* **Reporting and Feedback:** Conduct daily performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and promptly report market feedback to the supervisor.
* **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members on promotional and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
* **Nationality:** Saudi National or holder of a valid work IQAMA. Preference will be given to candidates from Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, and other Arab countries.
* **Language Proficiency:** Fluency in Arabic is essential; basic English proficiency is required.
* **Availability:** Must be available to work afternoon-to-evening hours for field sales promotions.
* **Physical Requirements:** Ability to perform outdoor tasks and maintain a positive attitude in various environmental conditions.
* **Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospective customers.
* **Adaptability:** Ability to remain positive and adapt quickly in changing or high-pressure situations.
* **Experience:** Prior experience in offline sales or promotions is preferred (with a slightly relaxed requirement for female candidates).
**Compensation:**
* **Salary:** A performance-based compensation structure ranging from approximately 6,000 to 15,000 SAR, commensurate with order volume achieved.
