Female Content & Social Media Manager

Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and content-driven Social Media Manager to fully own the execution of our content strategy across Instagram and TikTok.

This role goes beyond posting; you will be responsible for turning strategy into high-performing content, capturing key moments on-ground, and continuously improving content quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Translate content strategy into clear weekly content plans
• Write strong hooks, captions, and video scripts that drive engagement and action
• Independently capture content during workouts, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit reels or brief the video editor to produce high-quality content
• Own content publishing and scheduling across platforms
• Monitor performance and continuously improve content (hooks, formats, storytelling)
• consistency in brand voice and content quality
• Identify content opportunities proactively (not just execute assigned tasks)
   

KPIs: 

• Consistency of posting
• Content quality (hooks, storytelling, engagement)
• Growth in inbound messages/interest
• Improvement in content performance over time
