**Job Summary:**

This document outlines the requirements and responsibilities for the Guest Service Expert position at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable and unique dining experience. This includes, but is not limited to, table setting, communication with kitchen staff, guest interaction and service, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas. The Guest Service Expert is expected to integrate these tasks seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards.
* Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
* Perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds with assistance), bending, and reaching.
* Effectively manage menu information, including reading and visually verifying details.
* Execute other reasonable job duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

* Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* Experience: Less than one year of related work experience.
* Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
* Licensure: No specific license or certification required.
