**Position Summary:**

The Guest Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and exceptional dining experiences for guests. This role involves providing a wide range of services to ensure guest satisfaction, including table setting, communication with kitchen staff, guest interaction and service, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies. The Guest Service Expert contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring seamless and professional service.

Critical aspects of this position include maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, navigate varying floor surfaces, and handle menu information. Furthermore, the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping, are essential functions. Performing these duties, along with any other reasonable job-related tasks, is critical for ensuring guest satisfaction and business success.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* **Education:** High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* **Related Work Experience:** Less than one year of related experience.
* **Supervisory Experience:** None.
* **License or Certification:** None.
