Job Description:Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a qualified F&B Reservation Agent to join our F&B Reservations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer reservations and inquiries received via telephone or email for all food and beverage outlets at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities include proactive handling of customer queries and escalations, contributing to revenue objectives through maximizing booking conversions and upselling, managing group and event bookings, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to IT security policies. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in a high-end customer service role, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in English, and a strong team player attitude. Knowledge of table management systems and additional languages (Arabic or Russian) are desirable.
