**Food and Beverage Attendant Responsibilities:**

The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for comprehensive pre-service and in-service preparations, including cutlery and bread basket preparation, and maintaining equipment and workspace sanitation. Key duties include order coordination for timely delivery, comprehensive knowledge of the F&B menu to assist guests and staff, table planning expertise, and the ability to accurately memorize orders. The attendant is responsible for the efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests in various locations, adherence to strict food safety standards, and stock management. Responsibilities also encompass monitoring table progression, relaying information to relevant staff, addressing guest inquiries and requests, and communicating VIP and special needs effectively. The attendant will assist in managing service challenges, table turnovers, and table clearing duties. They will also support other departments as required, attend departmental meetings, and ensure impeccable cleanliness in guest areas.
