Farm Supervisor

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture and agricultural products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Farm Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm operations, ensuring effective management of livestock, fruits, and vegetables, while maintaining strong communication with corporate managers.Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities including livestock care, crop planting, irrigation, and harvesting. Monitor farm operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. Send regular progress reports and updates to corporate managers, ensuring transparency and accountability. Maintain basic records of farm activities, including livestock health, crop growth, and resource usage. Train and guide farm workers to improve skills, productivity, and adherence to farm practices. Ensure proper use of equipment, resources, and materials to maximize efficiency. Build rapport with managers and team members, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards across farm operations. Requirements Diploma or certification in Agriculture, Animal Science, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or in a similar role managing livestock, fruits, or vegetable cultivation. Strong understanding of farm operations, including animal husbandry and crop management. Ability to manage and motivate farm workers to achieve productivity goals. Good written communication skills with the ability to draft basic work-related emails and reports. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and long-term interest in growing with the company. A valid UAE driving license is preferred. Benefits Competitive salary plus benefits
