Job Description:The following outlines the responsibilities of the position:

* Manage daily factory operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of office furniture and interior products.
* Direct, mentor, and supervise production staff, cultivating a culture of teamwork, safety, and high performance.
* Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain optimal product quality standards.
* Coordinate with design, engineering, and logistics departments to optimize workflow and resolve production obstacles.
* Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
* Analyze production data and prepare regular reports detailing output, efficiency, and potential areas for improvement.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging lean manufacturing principles and industry best practices.
* Maintain and schedule preventative maintenance for all factory machinery and equipment.
* Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
