Factory Manager

The Factory Manager oversees the end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring full coordination between sales, maintenance, production, and finished goods handling. The role is responsible for achieving operational efficiency, meeting production targets, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

1. Production Management

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of labor and resources.
• Monitor process performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.

2. Maintenance Management

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, utilities, and production lines.
• Establish and enforce maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Work with the maintenance team to improve equipment performance and extend asset life.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance for all mechanical and electrical operations.

3. Finished Goods Handling & Warehouse Coordination

• Manage storage, handling, and movement of finished products to ensure accuracy, traceability, and proper stock rotation.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and planning to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure correct documentation, labeling, and reporting of finished goods.

3. Sales Planes Coordination

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand and achieve the approved sales plan and delivery commitments.

4. Operational Leadership & Compliance

• Lead, train, and develop production and maintenance teams to achieve high performance.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are upheld across all factory operations.
• Monitor operating costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
• Prepare and deliver operational reports, KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management.
