We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Facebook Monetization Specialist to spearhead revenue generation strategies across our suite of Facebook pages. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Meta monetization programs, including but not limited to In-Stream Ads, Reels Bonus, and Stars, ensuring strict adherence to platform policies and optimizing content performance to maximize revenue potential. Candidates possessing substantial experience in platform-native strategy and a demonstrated passion for converting content views into tangible value are strongly encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy across all designated Facebook pages.
* Maintain continuous eligibility for all relevant Meta monetization programs, including In-Stream Ads, Reels Bonus, Fan Subscriptions, and Stars.
* Monitor and analyze critical monetization metrics such as CPM, video retention, monetizable minutes, and overall content performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve monetization issues, including demonetization flags and policy violations, in a timely and effective manner.
* Conceive, develop, and execute innovative platform-native content ideas specifically tailored to the Facebook algorithm and target audience.
* Craft compelling hooks, thumbnails, and captions designed to maximize audience engagement and optimize content reach.
* Collaborate closely with design, editing, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality content output that aligns with overall strategic objectives.

Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Social Media role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving monetization outcomes and leveraging platform-specific algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of how to structure content to maximize reach and engagement in short-form video formats.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, both Arabic and English and content curation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using native platform analytics and third-party tools for performance tracking.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English; visual storytelling is a must.
  • Thrive in the fast-paced environments; manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Advanced knowledge of TikTok Creator tools and Facebook monetization programs.
