Job Description:Coordinate and oversee the complete export process, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of goods; prepare and meticulously review all export documentation; communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate transportation and customs clearance; monitor and track shipments to guarantee on-time delivery and resolve any logistical challenges; guarantee adherence to all relevant international trade regulations, export laws, and company policies; maintain communication with clients and international partners to provide updates and address inquiries; negotiate freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers; maintain precise records of all export transactions and related documentation for auditing; identify opportunities to improve export processes and minimize costs; and collaborate with internal departments to support export activities.
