Job Description:

  • The Export Manager is responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies, managing export operations, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities in international markets, collaborating with business partners to design efficient distribution strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Export Manager oversees the export team, providing training and performance evaluations to ensure the achievement of export objectives and compliance with company policies.
  •  Know-How Section
  • Set export policies and strategies to align with organizational objectives and market demands.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve product volume and profit targets while meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Country Sales Managers to prepare project budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze existing and prospective markets to identify business opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Design and oversee distribution strategies in collaboration with business partners to ensure efficient product delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide training and mentorship for the export team, ensuring continuous development and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of export transactions and ensure compliance with state and foreign trade regulations.

     

2. Problem-Solving Section

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address challenges related to export logistics, regulatory compliance, or distribution inefficiencies by developing innovative solutions.
  • Optimize export operations by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with international trade, such as regulatory changes or geopolitical disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting export performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Accountability Section
  • Ensure the achievement of export sales targets, product volume goals, and profit margins.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver regular performance evaluations and KPI reviews for the export team.
  • Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations across all markets.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to senior management on export performance and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and international customers.
