**Experienced Associate, Audit & Assurance: Responsibilities and Development**

During your tenure as an Experienced Associate within our Audit & Assurance practice, you will be expected to demonstrate and cultivate proficiency in the following areas:

* **Technical Proficiency:** Possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant accounting standards applicable to the entity and execute risk assessment procedures to effectively identify and evaluate the risks of material misstatement.
* **Audit Execution:** Deliver high-quality audit services by leveraging global audit imperatives, methodologies, resources, and learning tools.
* **Judgment and Reporting:** Exercise sound judgment and formulate well-reasoned conclusions to produce informative and timely deliverables.
* **Compliance:** Adhere to all applicable auditing and accounting standards, legal and regulatory requirements (including local laws and regulations), ethical guidelines, independence mandates, and the firm’s quality control procedures.

**Qualifications**

* International accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, or CPA).
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
* Advanced degree preferred, with experience in Big 4 Audit Firms
* One to two years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit.
* Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Fluency in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing).
* Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
